Community Association Registry

Each row is one entity as it appears in the registering agency's public file. The agency's name, the number it assigned, the formation date, and the status are the agency's. CommunityPay adds the identifier and the URL. Nothing on the file is inferred, and no individual is named.

record_id

Stable CommunityPay identifier, CP- and an integer. Resolves at /directory/id/<record_id>/.

name

The entity name on the agency's record.

community_type

hoa, condo, townhome, poa, or unknown, classified from the name.

city, county, state, zip_code

As filed with the agency, where the agency's file carries them.

source

The file the row came from, as a code.

source_agency

The agency that file belongs to. Blank when the file's agency is not yet named here.

registration_number

The number the agency assigned. Its form differs by agency.

formation_date

The agency's formation or registration date, ISO 8601, where the file carries one.

status

Registration status as recorded.

url

The record's page on CommunityPay. The page moves when a name is corrected; the identifier does not.

The files are generated from the live registry at download time. The access date is the version. Cite a single record by its identifier: CP-188003.
