RSMo §448.1-102
Uniform Condominium Act — Applicability
Establishes the September 28, 1983, cutoff date. Post-1983 condominiums are governed by the full UCA. Pre-1983 condominiums are subject to enumerated UCA provisions (including 448.3-116 lien authority) for post-1983 events only. Sections 448.005-448.210 do not apply to post-1983 condominiums.
