Condominium Property Act — Title of Law

The older Condominium Property Act (RSMo §§448.005-448.210) governs condominiums created BEFORE September 28, 1983. Covers property submission, declarations, taxation, liens, common element management, bylaws, and manager responsibilities. Does not apply to post-1983 condominiums. Pre-1983 condominiums may adopt UCA-permitted amendments following their existing procedures.
