Mississippi Condominium Law — Management Body
Authorizes the management body of a condominium project to acquire and hold personal property for the benefit of condominium owners. The management body acts on behalf of all co-owners in managing the common elements. Fiduciary standards for directors are supplied by the Mississippi Nonprofit Corporation Act.
