CommunityPay provides resale certificates only for associations that use CommunityPay. For one of them, order the resale certificate or estoppel for an HOA or condo sale here: the association's board reviews the request, the certificate is generated from its books, and we deliver it to you. Nothing is billed until the certificate is delivered. Bookmark this page: it is the fastest way to place future orders. For any other association, ask its board or its management company.

The association owes the certificate to its owner under statute. A request made by the owner, or with the owner's authorization, starts the clock; a closer's request alone does not.
