Michigan Condominium Act — Lien for Assessments

Association has a lien on each condominium unit for unpaid assessments from the time the assessment becomes due. Lien is subordinate to first mortgages and government liens. No super-priority provision. May be foreclosed by judicial proceeding or by advertisement (power of sale).
