Virginia Law Code of Virginia Title 13.1. Corporations Chapter 10. Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act 8/6/2026 § 13.1-801 . Short title. This chapter shall be known as the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act or the "Act." Code 1950, § 13.1-201; 1956, c. 428; 1985, c. 522; 2007, c. 925 .
