A PDF, PNG or JPEG under 20 MB. A photo of a printed one is fine.
The operating account's, for the same month. Optional, but the read is better with it.

The files are read by one person, stay under private storage, and are deleted on request. No payment is collected on this form and nothing is signed. If you would rather email them, send them to [email protected] with the association's name.

$900 a month for an association up to 100 units, $9 a unit above that, quoted per association and billed monthly. Setup $1,500 once.
