Mississippi Condominium Law — Assessment Lien
Establishes owner liability for assessments levied upon condominium units. The management body may record a lien against any unit for unpaid assessments. Provides for lien recording, priority, and enforcement procedures. For non-condo HOAs, assessment liens derive from the association's recorded CC&Rs rather than statute.
