Maryland HOA Act — Resale Disclosure

Requires delivery of a disclosure packet upon resale of a lot in an HOA. The packet must include governing documents, financial statements, budget, insurance information, pending assessments and fees, and any pending litigation. Establishes buyer rights and association obligations for timely delivery of the disclosure package.
