Implementing rule for Florida condominium reserve-fund requirements and management standards. Specifies reserve account maintenance, funding methodology, and disclosure when proxies are used to waive or reduce reserve funding. The administrative companion to the structural integrity reserve study (SIRS) statute amended by SB 154 (2023).
