Arizona Planned Community Act — Solar Energy Devices

Associations shall not prohibit the installation or use of solar energy devices. May adopt reasonable rules regarding placement that do not prevent installation, impair functioning, restrict use, or adversely affect cost or efficiency. Prevailing party in a violation action receives reasonable attorney fees and costs.
