CommunityPay

Territory Manager, Alaska

Alaska · Statewide

As Territory Manager for Alaska, statewide, you introduce community associations to CommunityPay, run the sales process, and grow a book of recurring accounts. This territory has one manager.

Why CommunityPay

  • Boards worry about money going to the wrong place. CommunityPay checks every payment before it goes out.
  • Every decision is recorded, so the next treasurer can see what happened and why.
  • It produces the documents a home sale needs, such as resale certificates, straight from the association's books.
  • It is a new kind of financial system for community associations, and we explain it in plain language: what financial risk governance means.

What you will do

  • Identify and reach community associations in your territory.
  • Run discovery calls and demonstrations, with the founder alongside you at first.
  • Guide each new association through onboarding.
  • Keep your accounts healthy, so each one continues.

The opportunity

  • Compensation is tied to production: the accounts you manage. Every subscription you bring in keeps paying, every month the association stays.
  • You also earn on assisted onboarding.
  • You build a recurring book in a territory that is yours alone.
  • The role is open to active managers who keep to the claim sheet. We share the full terms on the first call.

What we provide

  • A claim sheet in which every statement is checked against production
  • The founder on your first demonstrations
  • A registry of associations in your territory to prospect from
  • Dated comparison pages against the products associations already ask about

What we look for

  • A background in accounting, finance, or property management is preferred, not required
  • Comfort calling and meeting people you have not met
  • Real interest in a career in professional account development and management
  • Reach into community associations, or the people who advise them
  • Self-direction and follow-through
  • Plain, honest communication: you say what the claim sheet says
