CommunityPay provides resale certificates only for associations that use CommunityPay. For one of them, order the resale certificate or estoppel for an HOA or condo sale in Oregon here: the association's manager, treasurer, or a board member reviews the request, and the certificate is generated from its books. The association, or the manager or accounting firm that keeps its books, bills its fee and releases the certificate to you here. CommunityPay charges nothing and takes no part of the fee. The association owes the certificate to its owner under statute. A request made by the owner, or with the owner's authorization, starts the clock; a closer's request alone does not.
