Request a California HOA / Condo Resale Certificate

CommunityPay provides resale certificates only for associations that use CommunityPay. For one of them, order the resale certificate or estoppel for an HOA or condo sale in California here: the association's manager, treasurer, or a board member reviews the request, and the certificate is generated from its books. You are billed after it is generated, and it is released to you when the payment completes. Nothing is charged when you place the order. The association owes the certificate to its owner under statute. A request made by the owner, or with the owner's authorization, starts the clock; a closer's request alone does not.
